New Prime Minister For Australia is Scott Morrison

Scott John Morrison is now Prime Minister. He was Treasurer of Australia in the Turnbull Government since 2015. He has been a member of the House of Representatives since 2007, representing the Division of Cook in New South Wales for the Liberal Party.

He won by 45 votes.

Morrison is the son of a policeman and an active member of the ShireLive evangelical church. He voted no in the same sex ballot.
