LibSpill Chaos: petition circulating to force leadership issues

It is believed that Coalition MPs are being asked to sign a document requesting a party room meeting to settle leadership issues.

The letter needs to have 43 signatures to force the issue.

Moderates in the government say there is “a lot of hot air going around” the building.

It has also been reported that earlier today their was chatter among MPs that some or all of the ministers who tried resign yesterday would resign again in order to force the issue to a conclusion either tonight or early tomorrow.
