White House Caught Lying About African American Jobs Claim

The Trump White House was caught lying this week about African American jobs rate claim. In a rare instance White House press secretary Sarah Sanders issued a rare correction on Tuesday night admitting the Trump White House was wrong about recent figures it released regarding jobs for African Americans.

The Trump White House claimed that the Trump Administration had “tripled Obama’s record over eight years for creating jobs for black workers.” The Trump Administration also falsely claimed that the Obama administration had only created 195,000 jobs for African-Americans.

The reality is that during the Obama administration nearly 3 million African American jobs were create.

This comes after one of Trump’s closest advisors own husband attack the administration, in particular the President. Kellyanne Conway’s husband has accused Trump of “making false statements and attacking allies”
