Buckingham Palace: The Duke of Edinburgh admitted to hospital as “a precautionary measure”

BBC reports Buckingham Palace says The Duke of Edinburgh was admitted to hospital last night as “a precautionary measure”, 

The palace says Prince Philip is  in “good spirits” but is disappointed to miss the Queens Speech.
