Russia: Putin to determine adequate response to USA sanctions

The Kremlin has announced that President Putin will determine adequate response to the USA sanctions over Russia’s involvement in hacking.

Sputnik reports that Kremlin Spokesman Dmitiy Peskov said that Russian President Vladimir Putin will determine Russia’s response to US sanctions. He noted that the “mirror response” would make Washington “uncomfortable”.

Mr  Peskov commented that the sanctions were unpredictable and seemed aggressive.  He also said that Russia still hopes to develop normal relations with the US government.
