Russia: Aleppo rebel evacuation operation ‘finished’

Russia has announced that the evacuation of rebels from Aleppo has ‘finished’.  Al Arabiya has reported that rebels have not yet left East Aleppo and are shooting at Syrian troops, while Sputnik is reporting that all women and children have been evacuated from East Aleppo.
