Makers Of Nurofen fined $6m for misleading consumers following ACCC case

The makers of Nurofen have been fined $6m for misleading consumers following ACCC the alleged range of “specific pain cures”. 

The Australian Federal Court established the products were dishonest due to the fact they all had the same active ingredient and did the same thing.

Earlier in the year the company had been fined over $1 million.
