Only 30% Of Australians Think Turnbull Is The Best Choice For The Liberal Party

Disappointing news for the Prime Minister today, according to the latest Essentials Vision poll only 30% of Australians think Malcolm Turnbull is the best choice of leader of the Liberal Party. That is a 9% drop since March this year.

When it came to other contenders 16% prefer Julie Bishop, Ms Bishop saw an increase of 4%, 9% prefer Tony Abbott while 19% prefer someone else.

Among Liberal/National voters only 50% prefer Malcolm Turnbull a drop of 3%, 13% prefer Tony Abbott and 17% Julie Bishop.
