Plane debris found in Mozambique most likely from MH370: AUS GOV
Plane debris found in Mozambique most likely from MH370. The confirmation has been made by the Australian Government.
Darren Chester, Federal Transport Minister, stated the Malaysian Investigation team has finished its investigation. Mr Chester said the debris pieces were the same as other panels from a Malaysian Airlines 777.
“The analysis has concluded the debris is almost certainly from MH370,” he said.
“That such debris has been found on the east coast of Africa is consistent with drift modeling … and further affirms our search efforts in the southern Indian Ocean,” Chester said.
MH370 vanished with 239 passengers and crew on board two years ago.
