Ellis: The Government Is More Interested In Fighting Each Other Than Fighting For Australians
Speaking in Adelaide Kate Ellis Shadow Minister for Education and Early Childhood has said the government’s policy on child care reform will mean Australian families and low-income earners are the ones who suffer.
She also highlighted the government has not acted on child care and Australian families are suffering because the government has been defined by chaos. The government is more interested in fighting each other than for Australians.
Ms Ellis reminded people that the Australian Labor party is the one and only party that has provided affordable childcare
The government’s priorities are to deliver tax relief for high-income earners at the expense of low and middle Australia. “The treasurer is talking big, but is delivering nothing,” said Ms Ellis.
