A protest against Republican Presidential front-runner Donald Trump began at noon Saturday outside one of the multifaceted mogul’s buildings in New York City.
The protest was organized by the Cosmopolitan Antifascists political group along with several other activist organizations, and thousands were expected. Another anti-Trump rally was taking place in Arizona, where the candidate is campaigning ahead of that state’s primary.
The demonstrator included immigrants’ rights activists, students and socialists, assembled in Columbus Circle near the Trump International Hotel and Tower.
One demonstrator said: “I think Donald Trump is speaking a message of fascism and racism, and I don’t think that’s good for America,”
